Shipping: FastFireplaces.com will ship your order by FedEx. All orders over $100 ship for free. Most products will ship within one business day of your order. You will receive a shipping email with your tracking information when your order ships.

Returns: For 15 days after the date of your order, FastFireplaces.com will gladly refund the purchase price and shipping & handling fee on damaged or defective merchandise, or on orders where the wrong product was shipped. All returned product must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition.
