The Monessen DFS Series Vent-Free Fireplace System is the total package - a top-of-the-line Monessen DFS Firebox, complete with a Triple Play Burner, Monessen Charred Timber Gas Logs, and glowing embers. This vent-free fireplace is simple to install - no venting necessary. Better still, all the heat produced by this system stays in your home, allowing you to heat the room you're in without heating the whole house.

The Monessen DFS Series Vent-Free Fireplace System comes complete with a Monessen DFS Firebox, Triple Play Burner (rated up to 36,000 BTU), Monesesn Charred Timber Gas Logs, 18" flex line, deluxe control panel with lift-off louvers, variable remote ready millivolt control, fixed screen, black medium trim kit, flex connector, and junction box.

This fireplace system is available in sizes of 32", 36", 42", and in natural gas or liquid propane.

There are a number of nice add-ons to this system that are available in the order menu. To create the look of a real masonry fireplace, add fire ceramic firebrick to the inside of the firebox - comes in Cottage Clay or Cottage Red. Or add a blower with a variable thermostat for maximum heating power. A radiant panel will help promote heat circulation as well. The set comes with black trim and black louvers, but both of these can be upgraded to a brass or pewter trim.
