Glowing ceramic fiber logs feature a patented Natural Flame aluminized pan burner with random dancing flames, decorative andirons and a large ember bed to create a stunning visual display. The Signature Command control system offers electronic ignition, cold climate pilot and 3-step flame adjustment at the touch of a button with the deluxe illustrated control panel. Also includes 15 feet of preinstalled switch wire, junction box, wall switch and plate. The Monessen HBDV fireplace system comes with a standard black louver front assembly and can be customized with brass or pewter louvers and trim for a look that truly compliments your home. Cottage Clay or Cottage Red firebrick options (required for this unit) further enhance the final look of this elegant direct vent fireplace. Monessen HBDV series units are CSA certified and approved for both bedroom and mobile home use. This unit provides up to 21,600 BTUs, (26,000 BTUs on 36" model) uses 4 x 7 inch twist lock direct vent pipe and is conveniently designed to be either top or rear vent convertible
