Orders over $100 in total value ship free.

The only very rare exception is for shipments to a delivery address which is in a remote or hard-to-reach area or for any other reason the shipping company applies surcharges or additional fees. If this is the case with your order, a Customer Service representative will contact you promptly to notify you of the added shipping charges.


As most of our inventory is oversized we cannot ship to post office boxes. We only ship to the continental United States at this time. For shipments to APO/FPO addresses call a Customer Service representative to determine if shipping is an option and what additional cost, if any, there might be for your specific item and location.


You will be notified by e-mail to confirm your order at the time of purchase. In stock items should take approximately 5 - 14 days to reach the customer. Large and/or heavy items may take a few more days. Any custom orders will take approximately 2 – 4 weeks

UPS and Fed Ex are used for most small deliveries, and larger items go freight. We reserve the right to choose which freightway carries your shipment. We do not, however, control the shipping companies. Once the shipment is in the hands of the delivery company, we cannot change shipping addresses, we cannot make a delivery happen on a certain date, and we can only approximate delivery time. You may use the tracking information provided to you via email to contact the shipping company if you need to make special arrangements for delivery.

All shipments, unless specifically denoted, are curbside shipments. Lift gate services or in home delivery is neither implied nor offered without additional charge, and is not necessarily available even if the customer is willing to pay more for the services.

We are not responsible for shipping cost on merchandise not delivered due to the shipping company's inability to deliver to a particular location. These locations may include but are not limited to narrow or winding roads, or gravel or dirt roads, and vacant establishments.

If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways. Additionally, the shipper may assess an incorrect address fee. If assessed, these fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

Orders for larger items that must ship freight require the shipping company to contact the customer prior to delivery. If the product is returned because the freight company could not reach the customer this will be considered a return, and the order will be subject to our standard “RETURNS” policies discussed below.

Any of the above additional shipping cost will be charged to the credit card associated with the order or deducted from any return credits due.


Over 99% of delivery have no external or internal damage, and are received and signed for without a problem. To avoid the rare exceptions and for your protection you need to inspect your shipment following these guidelines. These guidelines must be followed even if the item delivered will not be used immediately because it will be installed at a later date or for some other reason. Not following these guidelines can result in forfeiture of claims against the delivery company for items damaged during shipping and we cannot be held responsible for the damages later.

Please inspect the entire order before you have you pay someone to install your order. is not responsible for any costs or expenses when it comes to installation. This makes inspecting your shipment when it arrives very important. We are not responsible and will not refund any costs that you incurred during installation or reinstallation if a piece or part of your order was damaged.

Standard delivery:

If your shipment arrives through a typical delivery service such as UPS or FedEx, you have 14 days from the delivery date to call us at 1-800-398-4010 to report damages. For this reason it is important for you to inspect your purchase very soon after it arrives even if it will not be installed or used immediately

Freight Delivery:

  1. Count the pieces received against the drivers delivery receipt. If over or short note it on both your copy and the freight company copy of the delivery receipt.
  2. Look for any obvious damage to packaging (i.e. Box corners crushed, tears, rips, marks, etc.)
  3. If there is damage to the packaging you should open the package and inspect further for internal damage before signing the delivery receipt.
  4. Note any of the above damages on the delivery receipt. Be specific – identify or describe the missing/damaged items. Follow up by calling us as soon as possible at 1-800-398-4010 or email us at
  5. If the driver or agent does not allow you to open and inspect the packaging, still note the damage to the outer packaging and sign the bill with the statement "received subject to further inspection". Follow up by conducting an internal inspection as soon as possible. If concealed damage is then discovered it must be reported by calling us at 1-800-398-4010 or email us at
  6. If the damage is obvious, extensive and/or probably cannot be corrected with a replacement part you can also refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
  7. Keep any damaged goods and their packaging material for later inspection
  8. Even if you do not note any damage to the packaging and do not do an internal inspection you should still sign the bill with a statement that says "may have concealed damage". If you do not write this disclaimer on the bill you could be responsible for any damage not noted at the time of delivery because signing your delivery receipt without a disclaimer legally states that you have received your rate in good condition.
  9. You need to notify us of any of the above issues as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after receiving the shipment.

(If you authorize the freight company to leave freight without a signature, we cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces. Giving this authorization or leaving a note telling them to leave the package without signature is the same as signing for your product in good condition.)

Orders will be canceled if item has not been shipped.

If the item has shipped, the return will be subject to the standard RETURNS policies discussed below which would include freight charges to ship the order out and back, plus a 20% restocking fee. Since we do ship most of our orders within 24 hours of the time the order was placed, we suggest you look at the sales receipt email to confirm the order is correct.


We accept returns for a cash refund within 30 days of the date of shipment. (At our sole discretion after the 30 days we will offer an exchange or store credit only.)

Please do not just send the item back. Call us at 1-800-398-4010 to notify us of the return and to discuss the logistics involved.

An Item qualifies for a return if:

  • Returned in its original package as shipped
  • Original receipt included
  • Not installed at any point or used in any way
  • Shows no signs of wear or damage in any way
  • Not a special or custom order item
  • Returned within 30 days of the original date of shipment

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once it is received.

All refunds are subject to a standard 20% restocking fee. If the customer was charged for shipping, they will not be refunded the shipping charges and the restocking fee will be based on the cost of the items purchased. The customer will also be responsible for shipping charges to return the item. If an item was shipped to a customer with free shipping and is then returned for a refund, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges that were paid to ship the product to the customer, in addition to the charges to ship the item back to us.

Please package your shipment well to insure your shipment arrives in good condition. If your return arrives damaged you will not be refunded for the return and you will have to file a claim with the shipping company to be reimbursed for the product. We are not responsible for damages during shipping on returns.

See “EXCHANGES” below concerning returns for an exchange of defective merchandise or wrong items shipped.


If the merchandise is determined to be defective or the wrong item was sent it can be returned for a replacement and there will be no charge for freight. For this policy to apply the customer must notify us within 14 days after receiving the item. For this reason your items should be inspected very soon after being received.

Other items that are not defective or the wrong item but are simply being returned in exchange for another item, will be handled in two separate transactions. The item being returned will be handled under the “RETURNS” policy discussed above. The new item being shipped will be handled as a new a new purchase.


If you refuse a delivery for an item which is not damaged or defective the transaction will be handled under the “RETURNS” policies discussed above which would include freight charges to ship the order out and back. If Free Shipping was applied to the order, all of our shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

For all orders that involve CANCELLATIONS, RETUNRS, EXCHANGES and REFUSALS – and – is an order that was originally placed with a credit card, a 3% charge will be applied against any refund due. The 3% is the amount of the fee that Banks and Credit Card Companies charged to us for processing your credit card transaction. The fee is charged immediately after an order is placed and the fee is non-refundable.

Any of the above mentioned shipping cost or other additional cost will be charged to the credit card associated with the order or deducted from any return credits due.


It is the consumer's responsibility to research and know if products sold on our website can be used in your local area. We are not responsible for items that are purchased that cannot be used due to local codes or restrictions. These items can be returned but would be subject to the standard “RETURNS” policies discussed above.


Online orders shipped via a third party to a customer outside of the state of Illinois are tax-free. For orders shipped to any address within the State of Illinois we are required to collect Illinois sales tax at the then current rate.
